Online purchases made through lilivie are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days from the date you received all your item(s). Please note that final sale items, accessories, bags, and gifts are excluded from this policy.
*To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. Each order is limited to one exchange or return instance.

Don't see your country on the list? No worries! We still accept returns from all over the world. If your shipping destination does not have a local warehouse, our support team will manually select the closest and most cost-effective fulfillment center for your return, helping you minimize your international shipping expenses.
Refund & Fee Notices:
Paid shipping fees from your initial order are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 10% of the original product value will be deducted from your final refund.
The processing and credit reflection time will depend entirely on the payment method you used for your order, may be more than 10 days.

How do I return item(s)?
Once your exchange or return request is successfully approved, we will provide either a prepaid return label or a specific warehouse return address, depending on your location.
Situation 1: If a Prepaid Label is Provided
You will need to download and print the provided label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier. Please note that the shipping fees incurred for this return are the full responsibility of the customer and will be directly deducted from your final refund amount.
Situation 2: If a Return Warehouse Address is Provided
You will need to independently contact your local shipping carrier, arrange the shipment, and mail the returned goods back at your own expense.
*Any unauthorized returns that have not been approved by our customer service team will not comply with our policy. lilivie is not responsible for any package loss resulting from unauthorized returns, and all associated costs must be fully borne by the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) or unpaid return packages will be strictly rejected.
