Delivery Process

Order processing usually takes around 2-3 business days. Orders placed during weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take longer time in case a large volume of orders are being processed at the same time.

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location. Once incurred, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time

During your checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date.

  • The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected time due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
